Welcome to FulSnd Fitness!

 At FulSnd Fitness, I believe fitness is about more than just workouts and goals—it's about building confidence, improving quality of life, and finding joy in movement at every stage of life. Whether you're starting your fitness journey, getting back on track, or looking to level up, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. 


  

Hi, I’m Mariaan, a qualified Personal Exercise, Fitness, Strenth & Conditioning and Weight loss Coach based in Rototuna, Hamilton, Waikato. My passion is helping people of all ages—whether you’re 20 or 105—discover the joy and benefits of movement. Whether you want to learn keep your joints healthy, or build strength and vitality for the long run, or learn some Crossfit or Hyrox moves, I’m here to guide and support you.

Through personalized one-on-one training, either in my studio or online from the comfort of your home, I’ll create a program tailored to your unique needs. I’ll consider your current fitness level, lifestyle, time frame, and preferences to design a plan that feels achievable and sustainable. With a balanced approach to strength, cardio, and weight training, I’ll focus on helping you build a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself.

Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels right for you.

  • Group Fitness & Bootcamps: Fun, motivating sessions for all fitness levels, from morning BootCamps to specialized classes like Hyrox and CrossFit-style circuits.
  • Small Group Training: Perfect for families, friends, or workmates who want to train together in a supportive environment.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Focused training for anyone looking to build muscle, improve performance, or enhance overall strength.
  • Women’s Health & Fitness: Programs designed specifically for women, addressing hormonal changes, postpartum recovery, Peri /Menopause and long-term health.
  • Elderly Fitness: Safe, effective programs to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being for seniors who want to stay active and independent.

Nutrition Plans

 Good nutrition is the foundation of any fitness journey, but it doesn’t have to mean giving up the things you love. Say goodbye to yo-yo dieting—yes, you can still enjoy your beer and chocolate while making progress toward your goals!

I provide personalized nutrition guidance and meal plans tailored to support your lifestyle and fitness journey. Together, we’ll focus on creating sustainable, healthy eating habits that complement your workouts and help you feel your best. Whether it’s learning to make better choices, managing portion sizes, or simply finding balance, I’ll help you reach your goals without sacrificing the foods you enjoy.
