Hi, I’m Mariaan, a qualified Personal Exercise, Fitness, Strenth & Conditioning and Weight loss Coach based in Rototuna, Hamilton, Waikato. My passion is helping people of all ages—whether you’re 20 or 105—discover the joy and benefits of movement.
